I had the chance to work with Leah after expressing interest in a townhome. The house was a new construction that had not yet been built, I was a first-time buyer, and what ended up unfolding was nearly a yearlong purchasing process.It’s difficult to summarize everything she did for me and was able to accomplish during that time. Every obstacle and fork in the road imaginable materialized and had to be navigated– fortunately she was driving, I was more the passenger. What I came to realize was that Leah had learned very quickly how I thought about things. She could finish my sentences. If another property came up that was similar and within my budget she already knew how I would react to it. Rather than try to push me towards it, which would have been easy, she would reiterate why what we already had was the best option for me, personally, even though we had to wait. She knew what was best for me because she had taken the time to really listen.When things got tricky, this skill became even more valuable. During any negotiation or decision, of which there were many, it gave her the ability to truly act and operate on my behalf. I don’t think you could ask for much more from an agent. She’s creative, smart and exceptionally knowledgable about esoteric details. I would recommend her in the highest regard.

As a buyer's agent she helped us understand the local market and how to compete against multiple buyers offering all cash offers with no inspection requirements. Our long-distance home search/purchase-----conducted during the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic----- presented myriad logistical challenges. The home we fell in love with required addressing several unusual complexities, multiple negotiations with the seller, various inspections, and working with the Seller's Realtor to address repairs. Leah was exceptionally effective in managing these challenges and representing our best interests with the Seller and Closing agents.
