We met Bobbie many years ago while we were first moving to Durango. We ran into her quite by accident at an open house. It was our great pleasure to work with Bobbi during our recent house sale. She responded promptly to our call regarding selling our house, answering all of our questions, allaying concerns, and offering practical suggestions regarding our listing.
She quickly had the information we needed regarding “comparisons” for houses similar to ours for pricing the listing; great pictures were taken by the photographer she suggested and we were ready to go on MLS within a week.
We had numerous people look and give us offers within hours of Listing. When it all became overwhelming for us, Bobbie listened and counseled and was very patient.
When there was a concern over how a contract was written, Bobbie’s long experience in this community meant she could call the broker directly, and the problem was solved immediately.
Our experience in selling our house with Bobbie was wonderful. She was always available; she knew the answers, and when we had a contract, she supplied us with moving boxes.

During this time Bobbie never gave up on us nor our pursuit to find the perfect home for us. During negotiations in the current crazy housing market, she went the extra mile to make our offer stand out and her years of experience showed. Bobbie Carll is the best. We have been both buyers and sellers with her, and she couldn’t possibly be harder working or more on-top-of-it. She is the consummate professional with deep ties to our community, and it shows. If a carpenter is needed, she’s got one. Cleaning service? Ditto. There are a few of everyone and everything in her Rolodex (if anyone remembers what that is!). If something needs done, it gets done, and you don’t have to worry about it. Selling our condo could not have possibly been easier for us. While we don’t anticipate ever selling our house, I know who will be the first person we call if we do…… Bobbie Carll!

"Bobbie Carll and Gayle Webster were a pleasure to work with. The house that they sold in Falls Creek Ranch belonged to two trusts. I told Bobbie when we listed the house with her that both of the trustees and all of the families lived out of town, far away from Durango, and that we were going to have to depend upon her to act on our behalf. As a result, she had to make several trips to the house to let in the handyman, septic company, etc. She even found a Durango roofing company to take care of some minor roof repairs. She went far beyond what most agents would have done to help us! Bobbie and Gayle worked very hard and came up with different marketing strategies over a six month period to help us successfully get the house sold before winter.
